 tral time.)\nThe Chameleon Leadership Profile is a comprehensive DISC-base
 d leadership profile and offers deep insight into how a leader’s style i
 nfluences their success. Instead of the typical leadership report filled w
 ith boilerplate information about the styles\, this report is filled with 
 personalized insights that can benefit anyone who leads people.\nThe profi
 le provides background information on the four styles and explains how the
  styles can be used by leaders. Each of the following areas includes perso
 nalized content of how the leader shines in each competency and how they m
 ight react when displaying these skills under stress:\n\nCommunicating to 
 staff\nConveying vision\nListening\nRunning inclusive meetings\nDelegating
 \nProviding feedback\nCoaching and holding people accountable\nEngaging th
 e team\nCreating culture\n\nEach of the above competencies also includes a
 n action planning component to guide leaders to develop those aspects of t
 heir leadership skills. To close out the report\, a detailed section about
  what each style looks like when strengths are overused helps to guide act
 ion planning.\nIndividuals can take this assessment as a stand-alone profi
 le\, or if they have already completed the Taking Flight with DISC profile
 \, their results can be fed directly into this assessment without having t
 o take it again.\nIt is required to complete the Taking Flight with DISC 
 Training prior to this Chameleon Leadership training in order for you to
