 Ms\, Assistants to the Bishop\, Bishops\, and all other leaders responsibl
 e for coaching on a synod level.\nThis cohort is scheduled to meet most mo
 nths on the THIRD THURSDAY at 9am Hawaii | 10am Alaska | 11am Pacific | 12
 noon Mountain | 1pm Central | 2pm Eastern | 3pm Atlantic. (Time zones may 
 vary with Daylight Saving Time. We do our best to include other time zones
  as we understand them to be. Please double-check your time zone against

 l time.)\nOngoing one-hour group mentoring sessions with coaches\, synod l
 eaders\, and our facilitators:\n\nDiscuss best practices in creating a cu
 lture of coaching in your synod and building a practice of coaching with y
 our leaders and ministry \nReceive a resource kit and mentor support in u
 npacking each tool \nWork at your own pace and learn from others \nCreat
 e a system and platform for coaching that will fit the unique needs of you
