DESCRIPTION:We have been asked to create a refresher course on the basic sk
 ills of coaching to support the empowerment of leaders who have completed 
 the Basic Skills Coach Training but have not been able to practice the ski
 lls on a regular basis. This refresher course will provide a review of the
  coaching skills at a high level and include two live coaching demonstrati
 ons\, as well as a practice session in dyads / triads with an experienced 
 coach who will offer feedback in real time and in more detail in written f
