 from conflicting values and divided opinions toward desired outcomes by c
 oaching individuals and groups.\nOBJECTIVES:\n\nPractice listening to God 
 and one another.\nStrengthen coaching skills with “Care for Creation” 
 real-life issues while asking powerful\nquestions to find our next faithfu
 l step.\nDeepen specialty understanding through assigned reading materials

 ACC\nCompletion of ELCA Segment One (or comparable ICF-accredited) Basic S
 kills Coach Training is REQUIRED before taking this Segment Two Training.\
 n20 training hours in the area of International Coaching Federation (ICF)

 pment are earned through this training.
