  done in class via Zoom and 2 hours are done via follow-up homework.\nUp

  International Coaching Federation (ICF) Continuing Coach Education (CCE
 ) credits for a total of 8 hours.\nPre-requisites\nParticipants need to ha
 ve completed:\n1) A 20-hour coaching fundamentals course (i.e.\, ELCA Segm
 ent One Basic Skills Coach Training)\,\n2) A Team Coaching Part 1 training
 \, AND\n3) Ideally\, at least 10 hours of individual coaching beyond the p
 ractice coaching in the training classes.\nA minimum of 6 participants is 
 required to hold this training. Class limit is 20 participants.
