Yoga mantra shared:
I can walk away from an issue.
Not my monkey; not my circus.
I don't need to be right.
I can reach for support.
I can let things go.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it's the only thing that ever has.” - Margaret Mead
.
When Jesus began His ministry, He immediately formed a small group. Following in the footsteps of Jesus, we are continuing to offer opportunities to gather in small groups for discussion and empowerment around the prominent topics swirling in the crucible of change for us as faith leaders.
.
A majority of this hour will be spent in breakout rooms with conversations facilitated by our ELCA Coaches focused on:
  • Growing Young
  • Grief in our Communities
  • Personal Grief
  • Rural Ministry
  • Urban Ministry
  • Hybrid Church
  • Advocacy
  • Race Relations
  • Allyship – LGTBQIA+
.
Like each of you, we are learning as we go and will continue to edit topics based on interest and feedback.

ELCA Coaching is hosting their next series for leaders across all expressions of the church... to learn some possibly surprising, and some definitely humorous, things about COURAGEOUS LEADERSHIP. We are inviting you to bring a spirit of curiosity and openness to discerning how and where Spirit might be calling you forward as a leader in your life, family, work, ministry, community, and the world. There will also be time for small groups in breakout rooms so that leaders across the church can continue to learn from each other and leave each gathering with at least one action step.
