The Knots Prayer

---

We continue to hear from many faith leaders across the church about mental health and physical illness, whether a personal struggle, or navigating the variety of ways these show up in our communities, or both.

On Wednesday, March 8, we heard from therapist K. C. Davis. We learned a gentle and practical approach to life as she shared hard-won wisdom and helpful shortcuts on how to get by when you feel like you've barely got it together. Then we discussed ways we can model and share this approach in community.

K. C. Davis began her therapy journey at 16 when she entered treatment for drug addiction and mental health issues. After getting sober, she became a therapist advocate for mental health. She offers a compassionate and practical approach to self and home care for those dealing with mental health, physical illness, and hard seasons of life.

We invite you to bring a spirit of curiosity to these gatherings and to all aspects of your life. What are you noticing? Where is Spirit moving? How are you being invited to participate?
