  • Per our December 16 email, please submit all 2022 basic coaching data by January 15 to help our ministry obtain a challenge grant: Submit your data through this online form. If you are using the Data Collection Tool we provided, you can find your aggregate numbers along the top of your individual spreadsheet. Please remember to include both formal and informal coaching sessions. Even if you only coached 1 person for 1 session throughout all of 2022, we want to hear from you!
