This is a refresher course on the basic skills of coaching to support the empowerment of leaders who have completed the Basic Skills Coach Training but have not been able to practice the skills on a regular basis. This refresher course will provide a review of the coaching skills at a high level and include two (2) live coaching demonstrations, as well as a practice session for each student in dyads / triads with an experienced coach who will offer feedback in real time and in more detail in written form afterward.

As pre-work, we highly recommend watching this coaching demo from a prior ELCA Segment 1 Basic Skills Coach Training: Dr. Don Eisenhauer, MCC, coaches Bunny (both of whom gave us permission to share this publicly). Please bring your noticings and questions with you to the first class.
