A comparable experience to our ELCA Segment 2 Specialty Coaching Trainings, focused on coaching skills practice with an emphasis on practicing coaching in a lab setting.

16 ICF Core Competency training hours are earned through this ELCA Segment Two Training.

This training consists of eight (8) to ten (10) two-hour classes.

Thursdays, September 10 - October 29 (possibly through November 5 or 12) WE MAY EXTEND CLASS BY 1-2 WEEKS, BASED ON THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, TO ALLOW EACH COACH TO PRACTICE AT LEAST TWICE WITH FEEDBACK.

7am-9am Hawaii | 8am-10am Alaska | 9am-11am Pacific | 10am-12noon Mountain | 11am-1pm Central | 12noon-2pm Eastern | 1-3pm Atlantic

Cost = $375 per participant

Completion of ELCA Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training is REQUIRED before taking this ELCA Segment Two Training.

Minimum of 6 students required to hold this training, and there will be a limit of 8 students per training.
