The third Thursday of every month, 11:45am - 1:30pm Central

You will have a chance to connect with coaches from across the country to practice coaching. Our time will begin with a short welcome and announcements from ELCA Coaching Ministry, a time of teaching, and then we will move into breakout rooms where you will engage in coaching practice. We will end our time back in plenary to unpack what we have learned, hear a final word of encouragement, and go on our way.

Login information provided to you directly by Faith+Lead.

These events are part of our growing partnership with Luther Seminary. Coaching is a vital part of the lifelong ministry area of Luther Seminary, now called Faith+Lead. Faith+Lead coaches are dedicated to providing personalized coaching focused on self-care, leadership, and breakthrough practices in order to help faith communities, their leaders, and those preparing for Christian leadership. It is our hope that you will consider joining this community of coaches. Note: joining this group does not preclude you from being an ELCA Coach. Rather, it is an opportunity to broaden your coaching contacts, engagement, and education. You will have a chance to learn more about Faith+Lead Coaching on Thursday. For now, if you would like to explore more, here’s the website:

Ready to take the plunge? Here are three easy steps to join and manage your Faith+Lead connection.

1. Log in or create your account

If you have not already done so, log in or create your account in the Faith+Lead Learning Lab to join the online group. You must be logged in to access the resources.

2. Set your notification preferences

Read this article or watch this video for instructions on how to set your notification preferences to receive a digest rather than a flurry of emails. We also recommend checking your spam folder to see if emails are going there.

3. RSVP to events

The only way to get reminders about upcoming coaching events is to RSVP to them. In the events tab, select "going" or "maybe" to get a reminder sent to you 30 minutes before the event starts. You can also add the events to your calendar directly from the Learning Lab.
