Building on the Awareness, Clarity, Agency model, this Part Two training introduces a professional team coaching agreement, introduces the use of co-coaches for larger team coaching situations, and explores team coaching scenarios that bring the ICF Team Coaching competencies to life. Part Two is Mastering the Terrain of Team Coaching.
This is an 8-hour training, where 6 hours are done in class via Zoom and 2 hours are done via follow-up homework.

ICF accreditation in process.
Pre-requisites
Participants need to have completed:
1) A 20-hour coaching fundamentals course (i.e., ELCA Segment One Basic Skills Coach Training),
2) A Team Coaching Part 1 training, AND
3) Ideally, at least 10 hours of individual coaching beyond the practice coaching in the training classes.
A minimum of 6 participants is required to hold this training. Class limit is 20 participants.
