Life is a roller coaster, and sometimes we need someone alongside us on the ride. As a life-long Lutheran and a CTI-trained coach, I walk with people through their steep plunges and slow recoveries, helping them face life’s challenges with courage and faith.
My journey began as an educator and grew into decades of experience in corporate training, organizational development, and executive coaching. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals and teams around the world—from the United Nations to global high-tech companies, local agencies, students, and homemakers. No matter the setting, I’ve learned that it’s the quality of our conversations and the resilience in our spirit that shape our success.
I bring together personal insight and professional strategy to help individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their potential. Whether you’re navigating change, leading a team, or simply trying to find your way forward, I will provide calm, clarity, and practical tools to help you move ahead with purpose.
With a Master of Arts degree in Communication, I have taught Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Communication, and Public Speaking at the college level for more than fifteen years. My students and clients consistently point to my listening skills and ability to ask thought-provoking questions as keys that help them overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Clients value the clarity they gain about what they want, the increased self-awareness to understand their impact, greater confidence in themselves, and the tools to continue their growth and development long after our work together ends.
Mission: Cultivating Your Calling

The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
