Erin is an ELCA coach dedicated to walking alongside individuals and leaders through seasons of growth, transition, and transformation. A Minnesota native now based in California, Erin brings together Midwestern warmth and West Coast energy to offer coaching that is grounded, compassionate, and deeply holistic.
A pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) since 2001, Erin has spent over two decades supporting people through life’s most profound spiritual and emotional challenges. Her ELCA coaching builds on this foundation, offering a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their calling, navigate change, and reconnect with their deeper purpose.
Certified as a life coach, grief/end-of-life coach, and spiritual director, Erin specializes in coaching people through personal and professional transitions, including clergy discerning next steps, congregational leaders navigating change, and individuals seeking clarity and renewal.
She also brings her experience as a Healing Touch Practitioner to her coaching, integrating body-mind awareness to help clients reduce stress, move through emotional blocks, and cultivate resilience.
Whether you’re seeking to clarify your vocation, lead with authenticity, or move forward with intention, Erin offers ELCA coaching that honors the whole person - spirit, mind, and body. Her approach is rooted in accompaniment, grounded in grace, and focused on meaningful transformation.
Mission: Cultivating Your Calling
Vision: Nobody Journeys Alone
Coaches connect dreams to concrete actions that create change for individuals and congregations.
The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
