Heidi Kleine is a certified life and leadership coach, Christian ministry professional, mom to four amazing young women, and author of Worth It! Shatter Your Excuses and Free Yourself to Shine. Her passion is to accompany caring professionals; ministry and non-profit leaders with a heart for justice who are seeking to Level Up; to live into their calling to shine and share their God given gifts with the world.
As a ministry professional and daughter of a pastor, Heidi understands the unique requirements and challenges faced by those who work in the church. She is passionate about working with pastors, lay leaders, and congregations to help them take care of themselves while they take their ministries to the next level. Her areas of focus include Social Justice, Discipleship, and Congregational Vitality.
In addition to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Heidi holds certifications with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and Healthy Congregations, is currently coaching with the Growing Young program for Fuller Theological Seminary, and has training in Positive Intelligence and several leadership modalities.
