Coaching provides accompaniment during challenging times. Whether we are discerning next
steps, wrestling with questions of purpose and meaning, grieving life’s losses, or striving to care
for ourselves so we can serve others, all of us need accompaniment. Coaches meet this need,
walking alongside clients and providing confidential and non-judgmental listening.

The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
