Walking with You—For as Long as It Takes
When your spouse dies suddenly, the world doesn’t change—it shatters.
You may feel lost. Numb. Directionless. You may wonder who you are now and how you’re supposed to move forward.
I understand that kind of grief.
On February 19, 2023, my husband of 41 years died suddenly in front of me. One moment he was here. The next, he was gone. There were no warnings. No second chances. I was devastated and wandering without purpose.
When I found a grief coach, everything began to shift. He told me, “Louisa, I will walk with you in this journey for as long as it takes.” That partnership helped me move forward when I didn’t think I could walk it alone.
Today, I am an ICF/PCC-trained coach with over 140 hours of training in Life, Grief, and End-of-Life coaching. I specialize in grief because I know firsthand how isolating it can feel and how healing it can be when you don’t have to walk it alone.
Coaching doesn’t try to fix you. You are not broken. It partners with you to help you grow from where you are now to where you want to be.
You are loved.
You are whole.
You matter.
If you are feeling stuck in grief, let’s begin the journey together.
In peace,
Louisa Klaven
