I am an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and am in the process of becoming a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Grief Coach, and End of Life Coach. My coaching practice is dedicated to walking alongside people during seasons of change, whether that means making a major life decision, navigating unfamiliar territory, or finding a new purpose when life feels uncertain. I am an Advocate at heart.
My own path has not been a straight line. I studied Environmental Science and Psychology at the University of Idaho before building a career in talent acquisition, where I spent 14 years. Along the way I experienced cross country moves, health challenges that reshaped how I approached my time and energy, and the loss of a father figure to suicide when I was 19. These experiences allow me to meet my clients with both empathy and practicality. I know what it feels like to start over and to rebuild.
My coaching style is warm, encouraging, and grounding. My goal is to co-create a brave space where clients can reflect, explore, and sort through the challenges in front of them. Together we uncover new possibilities. My role is not to provide the answers, but to empower clients to discover their own path forward with confidence and intention. "Treat people as if they were what they ought to be and you help them to become what they are capable of being." - Johann Wolfgang Von Goethe
I live in Minnesota with my husband. In my free time, I love rolling up my sleeves for home renovation projects, digging in the dirt to create outdoor spaces that feel special, and getting lost in a good book.

The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
