Reverend Mytch Pierre-Noel Dorvilier (she, elle, li) serves the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as the Young Adults in Global Mission Country Coordinator in Senegal, the land of the Teranga. As an International Coaching Federation-credentialed End-of-life and Loss and Grief coach and a trained Mission Developer coach (Vitality) through ELCA, Mytch likes to accompany clergy and young adults on their journey of seeking wholeness and healing.
In her Haitian culture, it is traditional that when someone knocks at a door, the guest cries out, "Honor." The host then responds, "Respect." As a coach, she enters the client-coach relationship by honoring and respecting the client's past, present, and future so that the client can feel safe and brave enough to unpack the stories they carry with them and examine which ones might hold them back.
Her coaching is informed by her multicultural experience living on four continents. She is committed to diversity and inclusion. She speaks French, English, Creole, Wolof, and Spanish. She enjoys running, yoga, cooking vegan food, playing violin, and journaling.
Mission: Cultivating Your Calling
Vision: Nobody Journeys Alone
Coaches connect dreams to concrete actions that create change for individuals and congregations.
The ELCA's offices are located on the ancestral homelands of the Peoria, Bodwéwadmi (Potawatomi), Myaamia (Miami), Očhéthi Šakówiŋ (Sioux), Hoocąk (Ho-Chunk), and Kiikaapoi (Kickapoo) tribal nations. We give thanks for their presence here since time immemorial.
