Shelly brings over 16 years of experience in ministry leadership, with a background spanning multiple areas of church life and organizational leadership. She has served in executive roles focused on supporting the integration and development of staff and ministry initiatives, while guiding teams, aligning vision, and helping ministries navigate seasons of change with clarity and purpose.
Shelly is a certified spiritual director with a deep commitment to listening, discernment, and accompaniment. Her training and experience in coaching shape a reflective, inquiry-based approach to leadership and growth. She trusts that transformation takes root in active listening and staying curious.
Through coaching and spiritual direction, Shelly helps individuals and teams clarify vision, explore what is beneath the surface, and move from feeling stuck toward meaningful next steps. She creates space for reflection, deeper awareness, and Spirit-led discernment.
