This faith-based Basic Skills Coach Training equips you to journey with others, help them discern where God is calling them, and support their own empowerment to take meaningful action. You will learn through observation and a variety of examples and resources, as well as through practice in real coaching conversations in live labs, receiving feedback and building confidence as you go. You will develop core coaching competencies that help you accompany others with curiosity, compassion, and trust in the Holy Spirit’s movement.
This coaching skills training consists of nine (9) two-hour sessions and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
